  Gymnastics and More is a state of the art facility that provides not only competitive and recreational gymnastics classes, but also after-school care and fun gym on Friday and Saturday nights. My daughter has been a member of the competitive team for several years and we are there for practice 5 days a week for 3-4 hours each day. She also loves to participate in fun gym on the weekends--so you could say its pretty much like our second home. I have never thought twice about her safety or not being adequately supervised in any of these capacities. The classes are very organized and well run. They maintain an experienced, knowledgeable staff who constantly monitor the many activities that are going on in the gym from day to day. Be sure to check this place out!! You and your child will be so glad you did!!!
